ABOUT MOHAN

Hey — I'm Mohan. I started this site because I got tired of fitness and lifestyle content that was either full of gym-bro hype or written by people who clearly hadn't tried half the things they recommended.

I'm not a doctor or a certified trainer. What I am is someone who has spent years reading research papers, testing supplements, rebuilding habits from scratch, and figuring out what actually works for a regular person living a regular life — in a world full of conflicting advice.

I grew up in Kerala and am based in Kochi. I've been seriously into fitness and intentional living for about six years. I've tracked macros, done loading phases with creatine, gone through phases of complete burnout, and come back out the other side with a much simpler approach to living well.

Everything I publish on this site goes through the same process: I read the actual research (not just someone's YouTube summary of it), I look at what real people experience, and I write what I'd want a smart friend to tell me — without the fluff and without unnecessary fear.

EDITORIAL PROCESS
  1. Every topic starts with a review of primary sources — studies, clinical data, and expert commentary, not just secondhand summaries.
  2. Claims are separated into what the research actually supports versus what is popular opinion or marketing.
  3. Where professional input is needed, content is reviewed by qualified practitioners before publishing.
  4. Disclaimers are added wherever the content touches medical or financial ground — not as legal cover, but because it is the honest thing to do.
"I built this site because I wanted a place where modern, busy people could get genuinely useful information — without having to wade through 47 affiliate links or a wall of vague advice. If something on this site helped you make a better decision, that is why I am here."
