Built for Home, Not the Gym
Every session, every exercise, every progression in this course is designed for your living room floor. No barbells, no machines, no monthly membership. Just your bodyweight, a small amount of space, and a plan that works without them.
Habit First, Results Second
Most fitness courses skip the one thing that determines success — whether you actually keep going. This course starts with the psychology of consistency, gives you habit-stacking and environment design tools, and builds a plan around your real schedule.
Progress Without a Plateau
Bodyweight training stops working when you don't know how to progress it. This course gives you five progression variables — reps, tempo, range of motion, leverage, and volume — so every session can be harder than the last, no equipment required.
By the end of this course, you'll have a complete fitness system — not just another plan you abandon in week two:
- A clear understanding of why you've quit before — and the specific mindset and habit tools to make sure it doesn't happen again.
- Working knowledge of the six fundamental movement patterns and a bodyweight exercise for each one you can do right now.
- A personal weekly training split built around your actual schedule — not an idealised version of your life.
- A progression framework that keeps your workouts getting harder over time, using only the variables available to you at home.
- A concrete, session-by-session 30-day plan with built-in progression — ready to start the day you finish reading.
- A habit stack and environment design tailored to your routine — so missing sessions becomes the exception, not the default.
The Honest Reason Most Home Workout Plans Fail
- They're designed for someone who already has momentum. Most plans assume you'll show up every session with energy and motivation. When that doesn't happen — because it never does, reliably — there's no fallback. This course is built for the days when motivation is absent, because those are the days that actually define consistency.
- They give you a plan but not a system. A 30-day workout list is not the same as a training system. This course gives you the principles behind the plan — so when week 5 arrives and there's no more schedule, you know exactly what to do next.
- They don't teach progression. Doing the same workout every session for 30 days will produce results for about two weeks, then plateau. Progression — making each session slightly harder than the last — is the mechanism behind every long-term fitness result. This course teaches you how to apply it without any equipment.
- They ignore the habit layer entirely. Knowing what to do and actually doing it are different problems. This course treats them separately — the training is in Lessons 2–5, the habit is in Lessons 1 and 6.
Move More is built for you if...
- You've started home workout programmes before and always fizzled out by week three. You want to understand why — and fix it at the root.
- You have no idea where to start with exercise. You know you should be doing something, but every resource assumes prior knowledge you don't have.
- You don't have time for hour-long gym sessions. You need a 20–30 minute routine that actually produces results and fits into a real week.
- You're not a gym person. You don't want to be. You want to build real fitness at home without ever needing a membership.
- You've been doing the same home workout for months and stopped seeing results. You need to understand progression — and this course covers exactly that.
- You want to build a lasting exercise habit, not just survive a 30-day challenge and go back to doing nothing.

What This Course Will and Won't Do
- It will give you a framework, not just a plan. By the end of Lesson 6, you'll understand the principles behind every session — so when the 30 days end, you know exactly how to continue without another plan to follow.
- It will not promise a body transformation in 30 days. Body composition changes take time — typically 8–12 weeks before they're clearly visible. What 30 days will do is build the habit and the foundation that every transformation is actually built on.
- It will work if you show up three times a week. Consistency beats intensity at every experience level. Three 25-minute sessions per week, done reliably for 3 months, produces dramatically better results than six sessions a week for one month followed by nothing.
- It will not replace medical advice. If you have an injury or a condition that affects exercise, consult a healthcare provider before starting any new training programme. This course is for generally healthy adults who want to build a fitness base.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any equipment to do this course?
No. Move More is designed entirely for training at home with zero equipment. Every exercise, progression, and plan in this course uses only your bodyweight. You need a floor and enough space to lie down — nothing else.
How fit do I need to be to start?
No fitness base is required. This course is built for complete beginners — people who haven't trained consistently before, who've tried and quit multiple times, or who simply don't know where to start. Lesson 1 specifically addresses how to set your realistic starting point, whatever that looks like.
How long does Move More take?
Each lesson takes 7–8 minutes to read — roughly 45 minutes for all six. The 30-day starter plan in Lesson 5 takes 30 days to complete, with 3 sessions per week of 20–30 minutes each. You can read through all 6 lessons in a single sitting and then start the plan.
I've tried home workouts before and always quit. Will this be different?
That's exactly who this course is built for. Lesson 1 is entirely about why people quit — and it's almost never laziness. It's a framework problem: starting too hard, relying on motivation instead of habit, and having no system for the inevitable bad weeks. This course gives you the framework and the tools to make consistency the default, not the exception.
What happens after the 30-day plan?
Lesson 6 covers exactly this — how to graduate from the structured plan to a self-directed routine, how to continue progressing using the principles from Lesson 4, and how to choose a next goal. The 30 days build the habit and baseline. What comes after is applying the same principles with more autonomy and a clear sense of what you're training for.
