WRITE FORthe cult.
We accept a limited number of sponsored posts from brands and writers who genuinely fit our five pillars — fitness, nutrition, habits, money, and minimalist living. Here's how it works.
01. What we cover
Everything on The Flex Cult sits under one idea: modern living, done deliberately. A sponsored post needs to genuinely fit one of these five pillars — not be bent to fit them.
02. How sponsored posts work here
A sponsored post is a full article — written to our editorial bar, in our voice, genuinely useful to our readers — that you pay to place, and that we label clearly as sponsored. It is not a disguised ad and it is not a link-drop. See our editorial standards for the research and writing bar every piece on this site is held to, sponsored or not.
rel="sponsored", in line with Google's guidelines on paid links. We don't
sell dofollow links, and we won't make exceptions.
03. Good fit / not a fit
- Products or services genuinely relevant to fitness, nutrition, habits, money, or minimalist living
- Original angles, not a rehash of your landing page copy
- Brands comfortable with an honest tone, including caveats where relevant
- A clear point of view or genuinely useful information, not just brand mentions
- Gambling, adult content, payday loans, or other categories outside our editorial scope
- Pure link-placement requests with no real article attached
- AI-generated or spun content — see our editorial standards on this
- Content unrelated to any of our five pillars
04. How to pitch
Send a short pitch to contact@theflexcult.com with the subject line "Sponsored Post Pitch." Include: the brand or site involved, the topic or working title, which of our five pillars it fits, and whether you have a draft or want us to write it from a brief.
Rates depend on scope (whether we're writing from scratch or reviewing your draft, and how much editorial work is involved) — ask and we'll send current pricing and turnaround.
