⏱️ Treat it like exam day. The real CPO® exam gives you 2 hours for 125 questions — about 58 seconds per question. For the most honest read on your readiness, take this practice exam in one sitting, without your notes. Most questions are short scenarios: read the last line first, watch for words like FIRST, BEST and MOST, and pick the option that keeps the client in charge of their own decisions (Lesson 1). Keep the Client Journey Map for your review afterwards.

Each attempt draws 125 questions at random from a bank of 252, weighted by the BCPO exam content outline — 15 from Preliminary Communication (12%), 22 from Assessment (18%), 20 from Project Plan Development (16%), 39 from Project Implementation (31%), 15 from Follow Up and Maintenance (12%) and 14 from Legal and Ethical Responsibilities (11%). Answer options are shuffled every time, and the review at the end links every question to the lesson that covers it.

About the 70% mark: the real exam is pass/fail on a scaled, weighted score, and BCPO doesn't publish a percentage. 70% here is The Flex Cult's readiness benchmark. Use the domain breakdown in your results to see where to focus. On the real exam, 25 of the 125 questions are unscored pretest items you can't identify, so treat every question as if it counts.

A passing score here is not the same as passing the real CPO® exam, and it does not earn the CPO® credential or count toward eligibility hours. CPO® is a registered mark of its owner.
